The 100% French-speaking community of Rivière-du-Loup is located on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, some 200 km east of Québec City.
It is also less than 60 miles from Main, USA or New Brunswick.
Shuttle bus from YQB to Rivière-du-Loup ONLY on Sunday before the beginning of the program at approximately 3:00 PM EST (time subject to change). Please schedule your flight to arrive before 2:00 PM EST.
Return shuttle bus to YQB from Rivière-du-Loup ONLY on the last Friday of the program – departure from Rivière-du-Loup at 7:15 AM EST SHARP. Please schedule your flight to depart after 11:00 AM EST.
The shuttle time may be adjusted according to flight times. An additional shuttle may be added if necessary.
Round-trip fee: $125 CAD. RESERVATION REQUIRED.
From the airport, take a taxi to the Ste-Foy (suburb of Quebec City nearest to YQB) bus station (15 minutes).
Take the bus to Rivière-du-Loup (2 hours). It is highly recommended to book your seat in advance.

When you arrive in Rivière-du-Loup:

Take a taxi to L’Auberge sur mer,
363 Route du Fleuve, Notre-Dame-du-Portage (15 minutes).
L’Auberge sur mer is open 24 hours a day.
Trains arrive in Rivière-du-Loup during the night BUT OUR PERSONNEL WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU at the train station with a shuttle bus when your train arrives even if it’s delayed.
Our personnel will be at the train station ONLY during the night between Sunday and Monday to greet students and accompany them
by shuttle to the Auberge sur mer. The shuttle is for free.
